In order to watch TV on your computer, you will need to be connected to an internet service. An analog or digital TV tuner is required for being able to play TV in Windows Media Center. Most computers are sold with some sort of media player software, such as Microsoft Windows Media Player. Any of the software programs will allow you to watch TV by visiting NBC, ABC, AOL or FOX and downloading the software if it has not already been installed.
